Hence, if you buy the shares tomorrow at $0.52 And intend to subscribe to the 5 rights at $0.20. Your average per share will be $1.52/6 = $0.253. You could Likely make a profit of $0.50/share. Furthermore, there is good chance that Temasek is trying to merge Keppel O&M and Sembcorp Marine in future and this will be the best time for them to do so by getting over 50% voting shares. Hence, I believe that they would need to buy up. Good luck, this is my theory and I do believe it that this is an opportunity for those who understands what the grand plans are and what is needed to make it happen.
