x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Officially, this is the way to do the marking: Marking Of Short Sell Orders To further enhance transparency of market activities, SGX will from 11 March 2013 require marking of short sell orders on its securities markets. Please refer to the Guidelines on Short Selling Disclosure issued by the MAS on 9 January 2013. Short selling in respect of securities is the sale of securities that the seller does not own at the time of sale. (1) All online clients are expected to accurately disclose the nature of their sell orders based on what they know about their positions at the time of order entry. An example is set out below: (a) An investor holds 5,000 shares of Stock A. He puts in a sell order for 5,000 shares of Stock A. This is a normal sell order. He also puts in a buy order for 3,000 shares of Stock A. (b) Subsequently he enters a sell order for 3,000 shares of Stock A. At the point where he enters the sell order, the buy order for 3,000 shares of Stock A has not been filled. The investor should mark this sell order as a Short Sell Order. Clients are also required to split partial short orders, where he does not own the full quantity of securities to be sold, into two separate orders. One order is for the portion he owns (i.e., normal sell order) and the other for the portion that he does not (i.e., Short Sell Order). x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	In my internet trading platform, there are " buy, sell or sell short" order  which must be keyed in accordingly before confirming an order. If I sell without having the shares ( whether paid, unpaid or borrowed), I have to key it as " sell short" order. If I forgot, I have to inform the  Broking Firm. If not, there is a penalty. If I cover the short on the same day,good. If not, SGX will buyin for me on T3 and with penalty ( unless I can borrow the shares from SBL to cover ). This practice of routine changes should be abandoned only if additional studies demonstrate that prolonged use of the same breathing circuit is associated with low rates of ventilator-associated pneumonia. Machine used 24/7 won't spoil so fast? Tubing no need change when change patient?

Biolidics has been in the 40cts range for quite a while, falling only recently.  The market capitalisation of Vicplas is so much higher than Biolidics and the PB ratio of Vicplas is  very healthy too compare with Biolidics.  I am very sure with the growth in revenues in recent months from the medical sectors of Vicplas, the share price is worth much more than Biolidics, which is a loss-making company.  I believe the manipulation of Vicplas' share price by short sellers is the reason for the current Low price.' Any experts may like to enlighten further please?
