x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Friday session touched low of $0.074 and closed back $0.077. Evidently there are still shortists which are forced to covered back towards the end. The company had just repaid US$235 mil loan from a combined sale of a property and sponsor loan of US$135 mil. To me sponsor commitment is clearly there as the loan was disbursed within days after the EGM. After all, John Hancock is no small fry. Looking forward to 2024 for further recovery as interest rate eases. If Prime and Keppacoak can recover, don' t see why this one shouldn' t. Buy on weakness and ride the bull towards $0.20. Have a Merry weekend.  2023 has ended well with a fierce rebound for Reits and medicals the last few weeks. More to come as we move on to the Dragon Year 2024 :)

Accordingly, from 11 March 2013, SGX will require that all sell orders on their securities markets be marked. This means that you must indicate &ndash based on what you know about your position &ndash whether your sell order is a short sell or normal sell order. The sell order will not be accepted if you do not indicate this to your broker or on the iOCBC trading platform. If you realise that you incorrectly indicated a sell order and it has been executed, you must &ndash before 2pm on the next working day &ndash ask your broker to correct the order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the sell order is accurately indicated. Under Section 330(1) of the Securities and Futures Act, it is an offence to deliberately make an incorrect indication as this may be construed as an attempt to manipulate the market or as intentional false reporting to SGX.
