 Alert Admin 		I have long cash out of singapore dollars into the USD and gold, I am one that has no confidence in singapore long term future
1) Our people have lost out in every area to the FT , ask your self what kind of jobs can singaporean do ? Selling tissue / be a grab driver / Grab Food? look at the hawker stall owners, who are the owners
2) Singaporean are taking on more debts and those debts are not sustainable when companies are embracing to outsourcing model. Is your job secure
3) Our financial sector is in a mass. Over the pass years, we have fraud  in listed companies, MIDAS, Noble and who knows MAYBE Hyflux ? Still remember the penny stock crush, I really don' t know what is SGX doing

Why do you think so?
I think not only did she mismanaged the company, she ' raided' the company reserved before filing for court protection. She was planning for her exit if Hyflux collapsed, leaving herself with a company which is worth $20 million. The company that I am referring to is Hyfluxshop. 
 
Just before filing for court protection, she did a dividend in specie by issuing shares of Hyfluxshop to Hyflux shareholders. After the issuance, she gains majority control of Hyfluxshop worth $20 million which essentially are money from the parent company, Hyflux. I only realized this when I came across a blog on this.

 Alert Admin 		PUB was right to take TUASPring @ ZERO COST as this is in align with accounting practice. If the Assets is not generating revenue, company has to apply impairment and since TuasSpring is making losses, and based on the contract with PUB, PUB has the right to take over. In fact TUASSpring is a liability as it burn the available on hand cash . Hyflux should put up a figure of NTA if tuasping is being off loaded

There are many investor hurts in the S-Chip SAGA. What we need is to held those people accountable for the frauduant ACT. Every business comes with a risk. There is no 100% profitable business.   

If you just think of your losses in Hyflux what about those who has losses in S-Chip or even in Tiger Airway or NOL. Deep in you mind what were you think ? What about their pain and losses. Please be more mature and learn to take up the responsbility , DO NOT INVEST WHEN YOU CANNOT AFFORT TO LOSE Yet WANT HIGH RETURN. BETTER BUY TOTO and 4D for you.

Justlike the case of Noble, Let the Dust Settle and liquidate the company. Hyflux investor was offer a haircut yet they complain. They never complain when they get the coupon and feels that its their right to take such high coupon rate (Forgetting the risk)

 Alert Admin 		Do not curse or the curse might come back to you. That is what i believe in. I just hope everyone be realistic 

1) Oliva shall be made accountable or even be jailed if there is any fraud found in the P& L
2) IF Hyflux fails due to its inability to operate effectively, shareholders needs to bear the outcome as they choose such management
3) Whatever is the case GOVT should NEVER Bail out Company as this lead to wrong impression / False Hope.

1) Which company in SGX has no debt.
2) Just look at the debt for capitalland, genting, keppel, sembcorp.
3) ALL BLUE chip has a higher debt than the small cap companies, people bought into these blue chip is based on the assumption that these company can service their debts, but they are WRONG. LOOK at how many Blue Chip company has failed. NO one can predict. The operating environment is getting more challenging, All i can say is Singapore companies is never able to compete in the Global arena . One by one all has failed and its just a matter of WHEN....
