Now covid-19, which affect negatively unit holder sentiment, triggered best timing to buyout. Unit holder should by now realised that golf courses has proved to be pandemic-proof.  The next pandemic will not affect golf playing but in fact promote playing bcos its the best  safe distanced game. These lands are potential great solar farms which are in great demand particularly in Japan as she move to greener energy. Its a perpetual dpu trust.
