The co will suck you to 0.1 cent. The astute fund manager went in at near 10 cents for private placement and the price is 1.5 cents, not far from 1 cent. Someone bouht at 8 cents and felt there would be a turnaround because IPO at 26 cents. Now being bloodied. Better stick to NTUC kimchi and enjoy your meal. So long the management tean and controlling shareholder in place who appointed the management, been proved wrong in consecutive falls. Latest being the new CEO who said share price was undervalued when he sold his interest when share price was trading around 4.6 cents.

Share buyback do show only. You check history, everytime they buy 1 2 times then stop and price continue drop. In front show people buy behind mass selling. they are trying to lure people to buy in. Beware! If go up better faster short | ||||

Think you are rt. But think any turn around will likely be in drips and not surge. As long as the ' conners' are still in the kongsi to do more damage and yet get paid with good salary lah. What a joke, the more box office they make, the more the price dropped, from 20c plus to 1c plus. Thru swaps and more swaps???

Just an opinion, they tried to ' con' again, got kongsi to buy back for 2 continuous days, then stopped. Why don' t they themselves buy to show support, instead of just talk, and and attract investors to buy and kena caught. Think the 3 senior management got to go for the good of the kongsi and shareholders. Enough damage has been done by them from 20c plus to 1c plus through swaps and more swaps. They are good in producing box office movies and dramas, but question is where does all the collection go??? Cannot be to charities lah.

Cry wolf once, cry wolf twice but in this case Spackman cried wolf many times, swapped the shares to it current 1.5 cent. Unless and until, it shows results - profit and cash flows... all those swappings are massive dilution of the minority shareholders' values. The downside with this share is always more than the upside irrespecive of box offices (no significant contribtion to the co' s p/) and no significant contributions and more so, losses even from those swapped cos.

2 million shares at 1.5 cent is SGD30k. Watch whether the buying is sustainable, as in the past, the Co bought only a few instances, and fizzled out. Also, let see the 3 senior managment go and buy the shares too, after saying shares overvalued when the price was multifold - the current CEO, the previous interim CEO and the previous CFO(current COO), who oversaw the greatest dilution and destrcution of share price and minority shareholders' interests through the so called accretive swappings. What accretions? Only bloated the intangible goodwill and produced losses. The only venture when losses would be minimized is the Cafe serving coffee which hopefully the co does not go into swapping for more cafes.. Incidentally, Food Empire invested in Korean Cafe before, and had to write off its investments. Merry Christmas to everyone
