My chart showed otherwise that the parabolic is still trending down and there is still no sign  until a lift off.  As for RSI,  it was mid 50s and RSI has been in this state for about a month since mid June.  My other charts say that this counter is still not ready to cheong but I will leave the comments for others who are more expert in TAs.  Think that this counter may cheong only if the El-Nino is not affecting its bottom-line by much and CF can show that its earning is substainable to reduce the high debts to   8X that Mr.NG was talking about. At the same time,  that must be supported by the US markets with the hope that DOW' s 17,000 is substanable

Pacific Andes-backed US processor&rsquo s profit slides 20%

Turnover for US processor National Fish and Seafood continued to increase in its 2013 financial year, as profitability dipped.

Gloucester, Massachusetts-based National Fish, which is 60% owned by Pacific Andes International Holdings, reported turnover of HKD 1.83 billion ($236.12 million), up 2.23% year-on-year, for the financial year ending Sept. 28, 2013.

Despite this growth in turnover, which follows a growth in top-line the previous year, National Fish reported pre-tax profit of HKD 20.25m, down 20.43% y-o-y, according to accounts filed to the UK&rsquo s Companies House, under the holding company Peaksville.

The market knows that China Fishery is trading below its value or undervalued. It has consolidated its position after the acquisition of Copeinca. 

How long it is going to stay at this low level ?

Change is about to happen &hellip . historically July is a cool time to look for undervalued stocks. More good news is coming .....

Alternative fish meal.. this is one of the reasons why fishmeal price does not peak recently   the other one is that the Chinese has stocked up more than necessary in late 2003 and early April 2004.    It is not sure if the fishmeal price will peak high than previous years evenif the El-Nino is in full swing in Oct/Nov period but the farms will definitely go for alternative fish meal if that is cheaper..
