The former cabinet minister, Mr Yacoob, an independent director, has  shown confident in the company by the recent marry-deal( I think) purchase of abt 10m shares at 1.7c. Will Oceanus be removed from the watchlist?  At the pace they are going, my answer to that questions is a resounding, " yes" .
