State run always has this problem since the CEO or board managements doesn' t really hold own accountability and responsibility on the companies, the only can how much share will be given every year and how many bonus can be received. It a slow ass movement but at least u don get heart attack moment like previous years.

This is main reason price doesn' t hit 1.30, majority recent rally is pushed by speculators with insider news on hand, they are short term players for them to wait for 6months is killing. Price shall not exceed 1.30 but also will not be lower than 1.1, basically is a dead stock, when date approaching, price will be back to 1.30, whoever happy with 1.30, if price get lower, can just load and patiently wait for 6 mmonths.

Once rate hike commerce in US, stockmarket going downhill and weak companies with tons of debt in US dollar would face difficulty. Big shorting hedge fund waiting on side to shoot down emerging market and too bad singapore stuck in the midst of firing range so would kanna get hit too. Holding cash best bet, wait for STI to bottom, then buy on cheapo. I expect STI to end ugly for this year and 1H16 due to fund exiting asia and go back US/Europe. BUt again a correction meant more collection time for good banks/defensive stocks.
