OUE, for example, trades at LESS Than 0.4 times its Book Value of $4.50. Between Tuan Sing and OUE, OUE has a much higher profile and is more likely to " react" to favourable news...

Most windows installed, and I can even see lights on some floors being tested at night, when I walk to the MRT after work.  Even the tricky triangulish  top part has been done.  Should have good news soon on its completion and tenancies hopefully.  Fingers and toes crossed.
