x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	They only need to sell one of their commercial or property assets, or launch their Batam mega-development, and the market will love this again. Or to do a REIT, or promise to pay higer dividends.  Problem is right now - they are doing nothing to reduce gearing and debt, enter into large foreign projects (Batam, Hainan), and keep making lower profits as these land purchases are idling.  Think maybe the CEO may want to prove himself to his family, but unfortunately, he may not be as good as his Father or Brother-in-Law (the former CEO David?).  So, maybe time for big minority shareolders (like the Kohs?) to ask him to step aside, for a better candidate either externally or internally.  Will the market give him another chance?
