So please confirm I have to do the following: (i)  I will have to appoint the Chairman as my proxy (ii) I put a tick Under Against (using Adobe Reader) (iii) I have to e-sign it (using Adobe Reader) (iv) Email back the form to  [email protected] (v)  Question: Is it a valid vote using Adobe Reader to e-sign? For your comments and advice.

Can you explain clearly what his SON can offer and bring value to the Company to JUSTIFY the share issuance or performance shares issuance?  Note, a strong number of minority shareholders intend to vote against UNLESS Mr Chan gives us an answer before the meeting.
