A  SGX-ST catalist stk (5HT) and is a component stock of FTSE ST Catalist Index. * Received letters of intent from independent third parties to acquire green Forest Kuramae, New City Apts Kuramae and New City apts Minowa Properties Prospective sale price of these 3 properties is JPY 3,320,000,000 (&ldquo Sale Price&rdquo ). It translates into approximately S$41,787,287 at the exchange rate of SGD 1 : JPY 79.45 based on the spot exchange rate of 24 March 2017. However, the final Sale Price may improve as it is subject to further negotiations and discussions between the purchasers and our asset managers. Low entry can play with them longer terms. Too high a bit headache I will come in again but after correction I am not good on after run stage I always find b4 it run or preparation stage and monitor corporate action It is having activity along the way, I still see can go higher in midterm. When corporation action keep coming then I will hold my position.
