x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Yea, it is true, this Marine Business Shipyard and Rig building is a sinking business ... when comes to ship yard, we are no match for YZJ, Korea Ship yards. When comes to rig building, nobody is interested since oil is now floating the market from the Middle East.  In fact loacl marine business is lossing out to CSE Global.  There is a possibility TH wants to save the national pride of saving the the Marine Business, provided TH still has the ' fire-power' . If it is continual money lossing business, just like the SIA, then if there is somebody inside TH gives an new proposal that makes more sense in such hard time to survive, the merger, etc will be shelved for along time!

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Remember guys, I was telling you Temasek can be brutal, in fact they are brutal. When you make decisions, do not think that they are the white knights. They are just business decision makers for the country. Their job is to protect the country' s interest, NOT shareholders interest. Since this SCI & SCM saga more or less settled, proxy forms submission forms already closed, there is nothing much we can do except to wish ourselves good luck & wait out the results tomorrow. Now, everybody here seems to make a good entry, but hopefully able to plan the right exit at the right time. (I am hoping myself too)

Only thing is TH offered pre covid so this doesn?t come as a surprise to me . It?s damn funny , Temasek bid high for Keppel , people complain hold share price up using tax payer money , drop bid says clever not to buy Keppel , SMM Temasek bid Low , people also keep complaining too Low when it?s almost bankrupt , 😂
