This export tax removal only serves to highlight competing sellers and dire over supply situation. im baffled by the price spike from 2000 to 2200 when the tax cut should bring prices down. the rebound could a reaction to the post china contract default due to the commodities financing scandal and subsequent state liquidity provision to major importers like shandong changhua.  Palm is at 2100 and forcasted to be 1900 post yearend peak season. The cost is around 1600 -1200 to produce. but after fc ,will not be profitable. Meaning the plantation biological assets previously revaluated up 2x on cashflow basis when palm is at 3800 should be revalued down if the auditors are competent. There is technical support at 42c and 32c.
