it' s a matter of time, px will have to factor in the eps with 170m shares coming into the float. that will normally be the last day to get out, the higher it is before it start, the deeper it will fall, my view is never chase too high, i m sure company did so calulation n retail mood (everyone shouted 10 cent before placement news) so why don' t push higher before news and place out lesser shares? possibility are, 1) SGX might not approve with that high pe. 2) No way to convince fund that it' s worth that risk 3) Sponsor' s / underwriter' s advise not vest, just opinion, doydd.

0.0638 was placement px 0n 25/1/13. Was trading 0.070 + to peak of 0.089 before announcement. Went up about 0.02 then drop back...after placement. Likely gap down tmr i think.
