Subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the relevant conditions as at the First Closing Date, the Subscriber will pay an aggregate subscription consideration of S$70 million (less the upfront fee of S$1.4 million) in cash to the Company on the First Closing Date in consideration for the issuance of the Initial Notes. |

Based on mkt on IHC pricing. Offer to Fan was @0.077c. (After lifted for trading) trade price on open mkt is upto 0.105c The offer to Oxley' s is just one cent above mkt trading price. :( U think were want to offer anything more then that.

Maybe the offer by gateway is who has potential can hold, n can control. Don want to give in or give up too much. Unlike Oxley' s sold away cheap, or giving up their shr in IHC at 0.106 cents.
