x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I think I know the reason for JP Morgan strategy.   They wanted to depress the CAPLAND so low so as to buy all of them at the lowest.   They are waiting like us for the delisting of CAPLAND to win big.   We retail investors should not be deceived by these dirty tactics of institutional investors at this point in time.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Look at the way, one of the major shareholders, institutional investor, JP MORGAN is trading, they always buy high and sell low when the price of CAPLAND retreats.   Of course, they could have bought them back when CAPLAND was $2.65 during the height of COVID-19 in 2020.   So whatever price they have been trading is pure profit anyway.   These institutional investors can make or break CAPLAND during crisis, like COVID.

The mall, comprising over 120,000 square metres (sq m) is the final component to the 300,000 sq m integrated development, which is CapitaLand' s third and largest Raffles City development in the city. The opening ceremony was jointly officiated by Singapore Ambassador to China, Lui Tuck Yew and Party Secretary of Shanghai Hongkou District, Guo Fang.  The mall has an occupancy of 92%, with more than 200 brands represented. So ur comment that u predicted is not accurate.  3 days ago on the 6th July u were still saying can trade etc... then after market closed then u justify urself.. Maybe u can post more constructive posting instead of using hindsight to post.  Thank you.
