Sing Holdings - Grossly undervalued Post Reply Rate topic

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Parc Botannia sold 530 units = about 72% of 735 units of this project, increase from 47% reported in last Annual Report. Co also holding BizTech and a small hotel in Australia. Believed the management will not rush into any land bank acquisition in SG till the tailend of the sale of Parc Botannia. It may tender for Governement Land sale instead of going after enbloc to keep the land cost low. My 2 cts. So at some point, it has to act.  Some developers were blindsided by our beloved MND minister Mr Lawrence Wong. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Singholdings was one of the 5 bidders to bid for the Sims Drive plot which closed yesterday.  They partnered MCC in that bid and is the only other listed developer other than the usual suspects of Citydev (who won the bid at 732psf) and Guocoland at 655psf.  Their (as usual) conservative bid of 621psf is not that far off from Guoco' s.    They tend to be more aggressive when the right plot comes along.  In the meantime, while the supply works its way out, I think they are doing the right thing to bid conservatively and hope to strike gold once more. lifeisgood      ( Date: 29-Mar-2019 17:23) Posted: Could it be that as less and less units are left available for sale, investors start to get worried about Sing Holdings lack of landbank? x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	SH will become a relatively asset light cash heavy property company with some recurriing income from its investment properties. Think the company management need a more proactive communication plan and shareholder reward scheme. I do appreciate the conservative property development nature of company but they do need to take better care of their loyal minority   shareholder interests.
