x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I got a feeling they will launch the takeover bid just to delay/mess up Quartz EGM for internal manager  OR they push ESR-LOGOS share price up until it can match Sabana share price then propose exchange based on last done share price. Dun know.. We just wait and see... I think ESR cannot be sitting there waiting for the EGM to happen because I think ESR will be voted out during the EGM from the management of Sabana. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	internalisation is good for everyone, all shareholders gets part of the manager, even ESR as well. everyone also get a share of the manager profit which previously only go to the sponsor and there is no worry about rights and placement to increase manager fees

Don' t think teaching shareholders lesson is part of their business and will be look upon well by their shareholders. so likely they will support the new management.. still a victory for them if Sabana does well, and the share price improves. They also make more money. as mentioned, they bought a big stake at 48 cents. Would it not be better for them if the Sabana price goes to there and they can sell abit?

If they are really out, they will dump their shares as they are no longer bother about Sabana reit and since the current share price is high enough for them to dump. If/when the internal manager proposal goes through, a good way forward is for the fund/trustee to engage Donald Han and his team as the internal manager. Smooth transition. Minimised disruptions to daily operations. And with the fund as the direct employer, Han' s team does not need to waste time and energy dealing with lack-of-trust issues. This allows the team to focus more on dealing with macroeconomic headwinds and improving shareholder returns
