 Alert Admin 		How is that not an improvement in financial performance . When you have a 100+% jump in profit , you are having an improvement in profitability . Being able to reduce operating expenses means you are streamlining your operations thus having positive impact on your financial performance . There?s a 20% rise in revenue and how is this not an improvement ? Most importantly, CEO has provided further insights to Chasen FY19 performance . He expects improved performance from FY18. For shareholders , what is important is the dividend policy is kept and I expect a slightly better dividend to be paid this year . All in , Chasen has a lot more room to run. This will be a multi bagger stock to watch should profits start to hit $5mil and above . The development in US is certainly helping Chasen along .

The increase in Profit before Tax was largely due to reductionn of Other Operating Expenses by almost the same amount {Please also read Para 8 (A) (vi)}. I don' t see any improvement in financial performance except no impairment made in the year of announcement.

 Alert Admin 		On current price of 7.2 cts ... the price earning ratio (p/e ratio) is only 5X.
Its rare for a singapore company to be trading at this low p/e.

 Alert Admin 		Based on current eps PE is only 2.6x. And management expects good results going forward. This is similar to Delong and AEM previously when they first first reported sterling results. They are now worth 10x-20x now.

 Alert Admin 		Chasen has released its 4th quarter/full year results.

Profit has jumped from S$2,596,000 to S$5,486,000

an improvement of 111% and an earning per share of 1.48.

The management comments have been very encouraging. It seems that the recent investments in USA,
cross-border logistics etc have been bearing fruits. Post below is the full text of the management comments:

Our Specialist Relocation Business Segment continues to secure new projects with revenue extending well
into then ext financial year 2019. This is in line with current economic opportunities in the PRC, Malaysia
and Vietnam. Our newly established USA operation also succeeded in securing business for the next phase
of existing customer& rsquo s plant expansionThe Group expects its Southeast Asia - PRC cross - border
traffic to continue its growth despite increasing competition. Recently secured projects by construction
related business in the Technical and Engineering Business Segment are expected tocommence by the end
of the current financial year while the telecommunication contract manufacturing sector is still buoyant.

Barring unforeseen circumstances, the Group expects to remain profitable for the current financial year.

Summary
1. Specialist Relocation Business Segment secures new project

 Alert Admin 		Even after they got the $10 million cash from retail uncles n aunties they still cash call 2 more times.
You can go check SGX company annoucements.
Got $10 million still want more, so why cash call unlikely ???

1) Cash call with WRT conversion price at S$0.30 ---- they got around SGD $10 million
2) Before wrt $0.30 expire --- they tried again with another cash call WRT conversion price at $0.12 (subscription not good)
3) Again before the wrt $0.12 expire they tried another cash call WRT conversion at $0.025 (expired Jan 2018)

Like happen every 2 years ( if my memory is right).

If not on watchlist --- likely another cash call ???

 Alert Admin 		Hi bigsmall, i respect your views, but personally i dont think they
will make a cash call this time round. The company balance sheet
has improved a lot after the few cash calls ... so no reasons for
further cash call. Of course i could be wrong. Just my honest view.
