So many new shares introduced..... So in the short term average share price will confirm drop mah. Those who confused just need to understand that to put it very simply, we can look at it like this Average share price = (company $$) / (number of shares) So when denominator increase so much, ofcourse share price will drop. This is but a simple example that does not consider market sentiment etc. But it explains why loyz tanking a bit. But let' s not forget the new shares were not issued to the public but rather a debtor. Means to say this debtor expects to make back their money cos they got their shares issued at 0.026. If they know company cmi they sure wont accept to be paid in shares and not actual $$. This is something we can consider. Also lets not forget, market sentiment is souring towards oil. Many hedge funds are pulling out of their long positions since Iraq is being a **** and not complying with OPEC production cuts. Also US shale is kicking into overdrive so oil prices have dropped a little over the last 2 weeks. On the plus side, loyz drilling project is going to finish soon which means more $$ will be flowing in shortly to loyz. So imo, if u are holding onto loyz, you need to consider all the above and make a judgement based on all the above factors. For me, I feel like it will go up by the end of the year after a short term taking session due to falling oil prices and dilution of shares. As long as world oil prices dont tank into the 35 $ range, loyz should be a decent bet. Not for contra though. If want to play loyz, go long. |

placement is laways ..a good reason for pricce to go up.. as the market views that investor will not invest if there is no profit.. bbs always push up share past placement price.. when the placemnt was proposed..the stock ran past 3 cts the very next day.. so pimp, arghhhhhhhhhhhhh..but dont dump..
