x 0   x 1  Alert Admin	A merger proposal involving INNOPAC, Blumont and IPCO would be way more feasible. INNOPAC and IPCO ===> Got spare cash but not much operation and asset. Blumont===> holding some quality (but cyclical) asset but insufficient cash to continue in the short run. Furthermore these three are similar in term of reputation and asset class, which make the merger proposal more acceptable to shareholders and maangement. You all vote me to be director lor, I fight for this deal.
