Right now the offer on the table is $0.0732 + $0.013 (estimated special dividend). They also purposely announce today because today is pay date for previous dividend. :D

Especially those who bought recently at 50+ to 60+ cents, very decent profit for them already. What is the percentage of free float and how many in the hands of people like us? This is important to know, if we want to vote NO.  Btw, I bought during IPO. Sold all some years back at a lost when price keep falling. Started buying back at 73 c and bought more sometime back.  If this offer is successful, I' ll be making losses........shit to this offer!

There could be extra value if some company urgently wants the ' empty shell' to list here. :) Once the halt gets lifted, I will see if can still grab some more below $0.70. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Yeah bro,... that special dividend ann' d a few days ago will still be given out apart from the 73.2c here, though the Ex-Date has not been announced. If they can give out one more ' clean-up dividend' to appease investors in order for us to vote Yes, this is of course highly welcomed. Together with the EGM that needed to be called and for further administrative processing, it will be awhile before we can get the funds in our hands IF this initiatve goes through. Okay.... speed reading said 73.2c,... so it' s above 71c,... my calculation and estimation is out by 2.2c. Okay offer,... based on current economic climate and calculation of overall value of the gold course assets (incl of cash position) against unitbase outstanding currently in the mkt ! Congrats to all unitholders who are holding at advantageous unit price position. Emm,... I think there are many unitholders who have been with AGT since IPO and who bought in previous years may need to selldown to minimise losses,.... or to vote NO in the EGM.
