Then they net a proceed from the sale of US$75mil.   After pyaing out US$57.6mil (CB holder gets 3x times their inital investment of US$19.2mil as per their agreement with QTV) then QTV is left with cash balance of about   US$15mil. Maybe QTV pay out 1cts as special dividend to reward their shareholders for haivng faith in them giving a 12% yield over 8cts share price.   Then market immeditaely re-rate QTV to 4% yield so share price shoot up to 24cts.   Later Market realised QTV is in US$2billion market so it should really be (US$2b x 1.36 (USD-> SGD))/950 mil shares) about $2.86.   So later re-rate it to $3 given its huge potential. All huat gao gao liao.
