x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	There is no cancelling the rights issue, SCM is bleeding money, as they said cost of skilled labout is far higher than before and they were burning around 125 million before this. The 600 million raised is almost going to be fully depleted with lower profit margins and higher costs by years end. With 100% backing from TH rights will move ahead. The price drops are perfect for a mandatory takeover by TH with a low ball offer. 12.4 sounded like a  support, then it was 12 next it will be 11.5 and so on. Next 2 weeks till results out have only one way to go and thats down. If results are better than expected then maybe will have a dead cat bounce before rights. Either way its heading to 8 cents and then the TH offer will send it up like a rocket. So get out now, get in on the rights.

This on the back of Sembmarine CEO Wong Weng Sun' s expression of optimism in the firm' s H2 2020 results briefing in February. Sembmarine shares closed 0.8 per cent or 0.1 Singapore cent lower at 11.8 cents on Thursday.
