TH wants SHs to help clean up all the toxic left behind for SCM, so that a merger with KOM and the new entity can start on a clean slate. They could have catered for more $ than necessary. While $500m may not be sufficient, $1.5b is likely to be enough before the anticipated contracts start coming in.  If SCM' s CEO has the guts to tell the truth, he would likely point the finger at TH for having the rights priced at 8cts. This will make it easier to takeover SCM. Origianlly hole was big and ship sank very the fast from 1.91 to 1.39 and then crew start to patch, now hole smaller but still leaking and sinking, bit by bit. Still a long way to go lah. Like so far crew unsuccessful to patch up fully leh, so sink few bids every few days. They subscribe for just enough to lower their TERPs but make sure TH still got plenty to eat  to trigger a general offer.  Like this, BBs, TH and even minorities all can benefit? Hope to see this triple winning outcome.

This explains why SM could not win new job except the less than USD200m retrofitting job . With nly this 200m new job , how long can this last ? Continue to raise monies and also raise provisions ?
