Bad bad, terribad results! but share price hardly moved in response to it. lol. shortists are evident in this thread, pls cover before you get caught pants down hahaha Crude and brent recovering from the 6% fall last night, now trading at over 2.5% higher than previous session, plus major oil deals historically followed by smaller dealers, consolidation and restructuring which has always led to higher oil prices (not a prediction, just stating antiquity) good luck to all!

The coupon rate they would have to give would be extremely high to attract any subscriber. If you think harder, the message is that their business have problems sustaining a high coupon rate because their margin is so thin. Stretch it a little and the house of cards will collapse. If you really crack your head, it just means the financial situation of the company is terrible. High gearing, debt due, thin margin and barely any profit. If you have money to invest, why even consider this counter? Plenty of choices out there. Better be safe than sorry. When prices start to recover, you can always join in. Don' t have to be the first in queue.

We go out on a limb and upgrade Ezra to BUY (vs Neutral), as we believe that its book value is not 70% impaired, though we trim our SOP-based TP to a conservative SGD0.55 (25.0% upside) from SGD0.85 as we tweak our SOP methodology
