If federal reserve through those spv, open its printing press to buy equities which will be under ownership of treasury, forget about being bearish anymore.

It' s a buy to the extreme. Sorry to say that. Technology stocks are not that weak like bank stocks, to drop to such Low net asset value. I am targeting $11/$12. Largely will bottom at about $11-$12.   But now also depends on Malaysia lockdown. I am very doubtful it can even reach $10. True deglobalisation is a distant risk, but for now, it is certainly a tailwind as manufacturing diversification out of China.
