You didn't answer, why the share price is not zero cent until now. From 8 cents rising to 10 cents don't you feel shameful and guilty of causing others to sell at 8 cents. The annual report mentioned the details of the merger are still in progress and won?t be finalised till June 2022. My only concern is the price because I sensed that the CEO is trying to moderate our expectation so that the deal can succeed. I read about SM in BT last night. To me, the report is redundant and untimely in the midst of a run-up. The whole world already knows the past results. Why repeat?

Even if it is pump and dump, prices has been going up from 8cts to now 10cts. Share price rising and correcting slightly is very normal. Which share rises and never correct?
Look at it objectively.
Ask yourself who are the naysayers. The naysayers are those who have been badly burnt before.
They are suffering from PTDS and views are one sided.
To them, merger is bad, one rotten apple combining with another rotten apple.
To them, even smm got new contract is negative cos have not complete and collect money mah.
To us, merger is definitely beneficial in term of synergy for both smm and Kom, may not in the short term but definitely in the long term.
Price at this low, as what the Chinese say, 买 不 了 欺 骗 。
