 Alert Admin 		When you expect loss to equal previously reported 667 million or so. Market immediately prices this in. Now if they report 800M loss yes SCM will nose dive as it would be more than anticipated. However any loss under 600M will be seen as better than expected. So reporting loss is no longer a big deal the question is will it be lower than what investors are anticipating. So the loss may not necessarily pull SCM prices lower but could help push it higher IF its lower than what the market expects

I am a long-time shareholder of Sembmarine, and I have watched with alarm and dismay the fall in its shares - some of which I bought at several dollars each.
 
Looking at the recent strong performance of Keppel O& M, I strongly believe a revitalisation of the board and management of Sembmarine is urgent and necessary. Some of the latter' s board members have been around for a long time.

But I am confident of SCM to hit 94.
I hope so but I do understand the frustration of all those naysayers. Nothing against them but hope the tide turns soon.
