Strong downtrend till dunno what level(s) - 11c (warrant ex-px), 10c (round number), historic support at 9c.

I believe bondholders were asked to restructure their bonds for lower coupons and longer duration and given free warrants in return. Shareholders were " screwed" twice - an earlier rights issue and dilution by warrants.
