Now that losers are known, who is the winner ?  Winner - Investors who are already invested or yet to be invested. They are getting a company share at a almost half of NAV price which is rare. This company has potential and just turned a little profitable for the recent FS. It really depends on how u look at it but no matter which perspective u look from, the cancellation of the placement is something to be happy about and is a good thing. If tmr drop more good to collect, if goes up, good to take profit so bigger winners are investors Afterall while biggest loser is the director and Contras ( Basically Traders, my name is trader but I am not a trader in Tritech Lol )

Go read the new business direction. He dumped his shares and intentionally destroy this placement with his own action. Now, placees probably collected enough from the market and see no reason to take up placement shares. They probably collected between 35 to 25 instead of 0.038 placement shares. The only loser seems to be the company as I do not know how urgent is the funds. Based on their balance sheet, they are quite healthy. Now it is up to the Bb whether to pump up or how many balance shares this joker Loh still has. He should be stepping down soon. This share is just too toxic and full of trickery. Or perhaps there is a conspiracy theory. Besides loh, other directors dumped shares using his proxy holdings and rode on the placement news. But this is unlikely as the placement looks bona fide. Just trade with caution.
