FATABA      ( Date: 07-Apr-2020 12:19) Posted: For all those who NOTICE tht DBS is traded WITHOUT THE CD word today ....removed by sgx  ( last XD was suppose to be 9th Apri ...so 7 and 8th shld hv the CD with it )  I called SGX and asked for a explanation ....was blame on the moving the agm out so w NO new dates available .  Thsi is wrong as originally investor buy this stock for CD till 8th april 5pm .......  Why remove it EVEN you dont hv  the agam date fix ?  IF so then why didnt u remove alll other counterss like OCBC etc which also shft their AGM out ????  IS it a mistake of SGX to remove this too early ....or just acting on it on their own ??  ( yes its a first time maybe)  BUT SGX need to clearly know and answer thsi  question : If I buy this counter DBS today , am I still entitle to the dividend ?  As announced in the last avail date of xd 9th apr . x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	The known fact is DBS is pending  to meet all shareholders inorder to sign off the .33 dividend, but covid 19 cannot hold such meeting. They tried to go virtual, not approved, so probably need to wait awhile for .33 dividend. not sure the market is bull or buffalo now, but certainly the bear is teddy bear now, lying on the sofa doing nothing.

( 2020 is a diff question totally )  The major Shareholders are all local T n GIC if not wrong .
