x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	U all PLEASE READ this carefully ....not on specuation or worry w cancellation of dividdend or delay of AGM noted.  When we go into the website to buy a stock .....WE ARE entitle to know if there is dividend if there is a CD word there.  Or NO dividend if NO CD word there.  ( right current situation for ALL stocks including OCBC UOB which as declar a delay of AGM )  BUT I CALLED N ASKED   WHY DBS HAS THE CD word remove on the counter ?  ( I mean the wrod when u go into the website of yr own broking house to buy a share )  SGX answer is dont know ( or wait for agm update. the why remove DBS n not ocbc or UOB ????? )   SEE yr own broking house webiste on stocks.  THis REMOVAL CAN ONLY BE DONE BY SGX ...not the individual counter.  Fine if xd is delayed or still b 9th APr....then AT LEAST when I buy i can see the world CD there right ???   Hope u all understad my input ...n concern w SGX mistake    sharenoob1984      ( Date: 09-Apr-2020 11:53) Posted: so your worry is DBS will cut divy or cancel divy? and people who bought for divy for that day' s XD will sell as they are not certain abt the divy' s status? Another way to look at DBS' case ---- Since DBS did not show XD on 7 nor 8 Apr, I take it to mean that XD was not effected.

Look out for new XD and payout date  after the new AGM date is announced. ( our banks are strong)  Having say this the AGM approval is a formal process to approved the dividend .  BUT the XD date n payout date might change due to delay in AGM .......ONLY SGX cant tell us if we buy now ....will it b w dividend or NOT ?  Dyodd
