x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Hi guys, in a minimum SCI share distribution scenario (ie if all SCM shareholders exercise their rights and no need for SCI underwrite), some cash proceeds from SMM rights issue from SCM shareholders would be used to repay part of $1.5b sub-debt from SCI to SCM which has not been converted to SCM shares (due to underwrite not activated). Correct if I' m wrong on this but I read it in the circular. Is there any news on how this cash repayment is to be applied (eg distributed as cash dividends)?

Not trade ....for longer term investor , these are all positive factors for NEW SCI , so honestly it tough to put a number for SCI in a year or 2 time.  Personally I will be surprise it cant rise and growth w all these positives .....barring a GLOBAL pandemic colapse  Happy investing.  Vested
