can sense shorts are frighten again. trying to mark to higher price to enter to deter un =informed bull form entering. these are signed that shorts are facing huge pressure. they have shorted to the value of 3.3b+ in total of many counters in sgx and all over the world. once the bull run start. they have no choice but to cover. so far can see they try very hard by pressing down some less defended stock when their high shorted stock going up. bull cheong ah. shortist die pain pain. | ||||

hdb ltv drop is neutral to property developers. if the 5% reduction in loan people cannot afford to buy hdb then they will not be private property buyers yet. though the rule of 10 years stay on core bto is the part of real resaons of the high resale price. that act is limiting supply on the resale market in the core region, reduce supply same demand so price gone up. hope people who make that kind of rule rethink and reverse the rule. try curbing the demand side . like pr cannot buy resale core region hdb. reserve the best for citizens only. |
