x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	The powers that be are not giving minority shareholders protection from unscrupulous,  unethical people. Major shareholders originally not allowed to use their share to vote in takeovers. I think now, they create a loop hole by creating a separate entity for the takeover, then use their shareholding to support that entity. Where is the SGX management in all this trickery???
