From TG analyst update, UG was also similiarly affected by EMCO and revenue/ profits likely dragged down 10 to 20% imo. FY21 Q3 results (ending March 21) will be outstanding and higher than Q2 based on EMCO absence AND continued high demands for gloves. FY21 Q4 and FY22 results will be boosted by increased capacities with another 1.7B gloves added progressively from March/ Apr 2021. UG primary core mkts are in Europe including Brazil, China and Nigeria. Many of these countries are suffering huge spike of Covid cases from recent news reports.. Demands will continue to be elevated till 2022 and beyond promting mgtm to consider to further increase both capacities and distribution networks.. Gloves companies are very profitable for coming years and should sustain due to increasing world demands matched by the company expanded capacities.. In a note today, HLIB Research said the world& rsquo s largest glove manufacturer& rsquo s near-term outlook remains positive following its recent meeting with the company& rsquo s management. The research house anticipated a stronger set of results despite an expected decline in the average selling prices (ASPs) of nitrile gloves and powder-free natural rubber gloves by 3% to 5% in April and May, from levels seen in February and March. This is because the lower nitrile glove ASP will be offset by the higher ASP of powdered natural rubber gloves, which is expected to rise by 3% to 5% going forward, as the latter is mainly sold to emerging markets, which have not rolled out their vaccination programmes as quickly as developed nations. Nonetheless, the company said the nitrile lead time remains strong as current lead time for delivery stood at 170 days, higher than the pre-pandemic levels of 30 to 40 days but below its peak of over 500 days...

Based on earning this share is under priced. 9 cents earnings per half year results is impressive. Question is how long is it sustainable but since they plan to expand their capacity the demand could be pretty huge. Net assets was 20 cents per share at 31.12.2020. This company is likely to continue to grow. |
