This reit does not need to hire a new ceo, it needs to delist and pay back unit holders and bond holders with what ever assets they have left over. Not much I think. BIG losses. | ||||

US reits?s deprecitating asesst and poo take up rate is worryingI am kinda afraid by the time rate cutting comes. They are alrdy over levergaged and dead. It?s kinda risky.
Well high risk high gains. I am out of all US reits at the moment but will continue to monitor the situation |

We do not really know and cannot assume he is like us. He is the director, we are the market. Trade with market, not with directors |

Perfect example of what Singaporeans get conned into - an income reit that constantly distributes, and I don't mean distributing dividends or free shares.
This reit distributes overly priced shares to the undiscerning, and market makers have been continuing to do so ever since IPO. Trade reits that distribute from income, not capital. |
