Someone is only that few major share holder holding more than 10milllions shares. Nothing compare to the billions share hold by Peter. Good things is that Peter cannot buy anymore as that would mean he can take TMG private and have 100% control over the group. With Covid19 over say in 1 to 2 years time, TMG will be the 2nd biggest private medical group after RMG. So small investor should hold on to reap the 2x profit by then. With Iskanda project open after Covid19, medical will be important for all the world as they now know that pandemic can affect the world economy. Most governments will put more resources to learn from this mistake. Temasek Holding, GIC etc will need to do their fair share of national security duty to prop up medical infra to prep for next pandemic. |

The biggest shareholder want to maintain control over TMG by gripping tightly to his huge share holdings and unlikely to sell big chunk of his share to open market. Not enough volume how to speculate. So price movement is likely to be flat. Several directors and investment corporations also cannot increase their holding from open market. So dont think there will be active trading or movement in this counter. Biggest shareholder is hibernating his investment for the R& D break through by TMG subsidary. Any positive outcome will affect the prices alot. Biggest winner will be Peter. |
