debt conversion..must be to the advantage of debtors.... or debtors have confidence that they can get more money out of it.. who wants to take paper n take a lost when they sell??

Depend on who is the debtor and whether coy has cash to repay debt instead of share issuance
If debtor is a supplier, than it too need cash flow to pay their debtors and thus will sell. If coy can repay debt with cash then why dilute its share base to such an extent.

I maybe be wrong but your info of the share placement at 0.0268 is only for 102,454,000 new share on 31may2016, while the latest new is about 465,870,885 new shares.
