The purpose of highlighting the mgt dilutive actions on minority shareholders is not to encourage any one to short the counter. Just take the management action with a pound of salt based on past actions and results. DYODD, share price may go up or down but for this counter, has been a one way free fall and due to obvious reason. |

At over 10 cent, the management went on record to say it was undervalued, and swapped At 6.6 cents, the same thing, and did private placement At 4.6 cent, swapped for a co that the co CEO held shares, he went on record to say share price undervalued. But he sold his share that he received from the swaps. With all these dilutive swapping, the share value is bottomless pti. All those co that they purchased and issued shares have not contributed, the biggest joke is the SMGL, where its turnover is miniscule, and it lost monies. With such dilutive swapping, it will just slide....as the past actions show. If it has value, like other well governed co, management will buy the shares and not forever diluting it with shae swaps that have been dilutive and not accretive. |

Realized many people here are actually fortune tellers. Regardless of how diluted a stock is, they have value. There seems to be quite a bit of people shouting to short the company. But, are you shorting because it is overvalued or you short for the sake of shorting. And I seriously wonder whats the motive of instilling fear in others and getting them to short? Is it because you wanna make use of them to earn money? Who knows. Anyway, it is very obvious that the stock is seriously undervalued regardless of whether the company did any share buy back or not. | ||

The Co management who diluted the co shares with swapping, are not buying the shares at this price even they said the price at 10, 6, 4 were undervalued. Share price may go up, if they do what they say, and not the opposite. |
