In my opinion, i think GLP is catching the future trend of demand of logistics and warehousing in china, japan, US and brazil which are all countries which demand such requirement in the future. Especially we know the future trend for retailing are online retail which such facilities are highly in demand in the future.  So, i see potential of this company after this downturn, However, nobody can give you an assurance how low the price can be down before bouncing up. Since it touch near record low, you shall consider to buy it for long term. look at page 12, they grow their AUM from 2bil to 32bil within 4-5 years with a creative way by reducing their liquidity exposure to be a fund management rather than a equity holder which sharing the risk with the public and keeping themselves in a safer and smarter way. just my 2 cents.

So, in short term, they won' t be sinking liquidity problem. although their long term borrowing is 3.7billion. with their asset value at 18.3billion vs their liability of 5.8billion. GLP is a relatively low leverage company for their debt/equity. backed by GIC or our CPF. The only bad thing i can see is their revenue coming down and expense going up which make their operating profit coming down. GLP was punished by this from 3 to today 1.65. Anyway, price now is 1.65. no matter what dividend they give, the yield is still better than past few years.
