The prospect of a revised SGX market to make foreign money more attractive and the strong Singapore dollar are catalysts plus a move away from USA The way they work is they have a shopping list that looks like this ( blue chips with strong balance sheets and dividends / profits )? SIA DBS KEPPEL CORP UOB OCBC Then they ALTERNATE- which means one few days they focus on one blue chip and another few days another Today it is DBS but in a few days it will be SIA and KEPPEL
