Water needs will increase w growth of industries n population. Unless Ah Gong is prepared to build more plants than forcasted needs w all the attendant overcapacity issues, whereas Mahathir's water is pay-per-draw, right? No roam, no charges. Moreover, Anwar is known to be more Singapore-friendly, and when be takes over, things will be different. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	So in 2060, we only need 15% (129mgd)  raw water from our reservoirs &   Malaysia Dr M will be 134 years old then. Another 2 x 70 mgd plants (construction usually take 2 - 3 years) will be enough to completely replace the daily 15% raw water if need to.
