Previously due to the lease expiry on 2018 (and Sokor is their one and only main mine), there is understandably some discount to its mining peers. Plus, its Catalist listing status and probably some investors mistakenly link it to a China-based company. Fast forward today, when Renfred from KGI frasers stated, " Big overhang lifted" , I can' t further stress the importance of that, as we now have earnings visibility for additional 15 years. So I think the report is being conservative and prudent to peg this mining company at only PE of 13x, deriving the TP of 0.82 ( you can almost tell the way he writes it, he is so damn excited about the prospects, but he needs to sound as objective and rational as possible). Dont be surprise if TP increased to 90+ once Pulai announced.  Some may think it' s a big risk that I entered more at near historic high of 0.59. Let me tell you that such a window of opportunity doesn' t come by everyday, sometimes not not even in a year. So when it appears, make sure you make the full use of it. If there is a time when u should exploit your trading limit to the max, this is it. If you dont wanna hold till TP of 80+, still can contra (within T+3) at quite handsome profit at current price.
