x 1   x 0  Alert Admin	Hi all, newbie here. I use principally fundamental analysis, with basic technical analysis to support decisions. I suspect it is only an accumulation phase, so long it stays above 0.12 - 0.122 range which was somehow the prior resistance and now support. The way I look at it, the Ezra-Chiyoda transaction looks set to complete soon, and hence probably is supporting the volume with a payment of USD150mil to Ezra, plus USD30mil of equity injection in the former Emas AMC JV. It should therefore support Ezra as a company overall, noting that the market cap of Ezra is barely valued at this payment amount. Obviously I buy only at distressed pricing levels (not necessarily distressed companies) and sell at certain return thresholds, walk away and move on to the next.  Good luck to all bros here!
