SCM cum rights already over and now is waiting for rights trading starting from 19/08. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Another countdown begins ... 17 trading days left for cum distribution of free SCM shares to SCI Shareholders. Who wants to get, they will buy within the 17 days. Whoever shorts will have to do and cover back within the 17 days too, before prices make a comeback to $2.00. 17 trading days seems long to us ... Close one eye, monitor less on the prices and I think the end results will be a good one. All the best.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Whether SCM goes down or up, it will still benefits SCI in a different perspective, as the demerger plan is to pay dividends to SCI in SCM Shares. As mentioned, either we get more SCM shares (if no one wants the rights and Temasek/SCI takes it up) or we get a higher price when there is some demand and keep the price of SCM above 20 cents. Then after XE, we can expect a better financial reports for SCI in the future when the economy recovers and drag by SCM is a history. Expect SCI to gradually to grows in the better sectors of renewable and urban developments. Maybe a start of XE price at $1.05 to $1.10 then slowly climbs to $1.20 to $1.30 in next one year? Hope so. World economies a big factor and the virus to go away will be most important. Dyodd. Vested in SCI and SCM now. Good luck all.

I dont think SCI holders will get 4.2 as I think there are some naive SCM shareholders who bought SCM and locked up their shares for dividends..  Even if SCM is 25c, there will be substantial shareholders who dont know how to subscribe for their rights..  Also as mentioned earlier, even at 22c, some SCM holders will not bother to subscribe. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Sold in June at 0.50 & use the proceeds to buy back when new rights shares start trading, say at 0.20 to 0.21, already it is a tidy profit.    Don' t sell all in Jun, good to keep 1 or  100 shares and use the proceeds to apply for excess shares.
