I know BB wanted very much to close the deal and there's no better way than doing this without much objections from minority shareholders and losing the votes. If you have a different view, please share. This is only my thoughts, could be wrong

Professor Weaken who talk about SM dropping to 0 in 15 years time is another classic example of utter rubbish by an illiterate person. SM won't live more than 3 months.
